About
Felicia Scott
Diversity Coach & EQ Strategist
“I am the descendant of brilliant women and men who fought for the freedom, justice, fairness and dignity of all people. Racism threatens those values. I was taught to sow peace. But peace cannot exist when injustice goes unchallenged. The darkest stains of history occurred, while many opted for silent comfort over the uncomfortable truth. We all must do, be and demand better.”
