Certified in various coaching tools such as the EQ-i 2.0®️, the Intercultural Development Inventory®️ and Print®️ Strategies assessments, she uses these, and other proven coaching methods, to help others create awareness of the mindsets and attitudes that keep them from leading or working together with equity and respect.
As a consultant, Coach Felicia partners with clients to expose the processes, systems and practices that create exclusion. She provides leaders and others with the frameworks for dealing with micro-aggressions, unconscious bias, coded language and other practices that promote inequity. Through examining “how” an organization works, she identifies the needed actions and changes that will close the gap between their real and ideal states.
An award-winning speaker, she was voted North America’s Next Greatest Speaker out of over 1,000 contestants in 2012.
